Denim Jean Repair Service Plain & Selvedge

Repair work to your denim jeans be it plain or selvedge denim can vary according to your preferences, be it a denim patch repair using either different coloured denim jean material that may stand out, or a denim jean colour that is a very near match to your existing denim.

Our designer patch work repair service using cotton shirt material, is best used in low friction areas such as knee and leg, not recommend for repair work to crutch or seat area of your denim jeans.

If the plaidenim jean has been cut, and the cut is a clean slice type, ( a fresh new rip that hasn’t frayed yet) this can be fused repaired, using special fuse able cloth which is placed from behind the cut, this gives the illusion of a near invisible repair, this is the most discreet repair work we can offer.

I try to stock as many different colours and shades of denim jean material for repair work and also one the most important things that some tailors miss, is the cotton threads of different colours and thickness for a very near original finish. I use Gutermann threads which are of the highest standard, they are also producing a special new thread with shade assortment with a dual-coloured special sewing thread Diva 20, which will be used in some future denim jean repairs where suitable.

Please check the gallery page out for examples of all the above mentioned denim jean restoration, repairs, and near invisible fuse repair work services we can offer you.
